Can a UPPER CASTE person can buy the Unagricultural Land of Schedule Caste ( HARIJAN/CHAMBAR) in Uttar Pradesh
Dear Sir,
This is further to the above mention subject, where in it is clear that upper cast cannot buy the land of Harijan, whereas there is some order which has given authority to Distrcit Magistrate to write the 60 KADI of land to upper caste sold by HARIJAN.
It is also understood that if UPPER CASTE need to buy the HARIJAN land, then he need to take permission from Commissioner ,which that 3-4 month time.
I need the following information :
1) 1995 order where the authority given to District magistrate to write the land of HARIJAN.
2) Procedure how to include the name on the KHAUTANI after canceling the HARIJAN name ( Seller ) to Upper Caste ( Buyer )
