The joint commitee of UGC-dec-aicte have banned engineering through distance,then why some deemed universities like rvd university RAJESTAN ,PTU,etc are issuing notifications for admision in engineering through distance mode,is this degree valied,if not then why joint commitee of ugc-dec-aicte is silient on this issue

      i need docomentary proof,what neccessary action of joint commitee of ugc-dec-aicte have taken against these deemed university espatially on Rvd university Rajastan for issuing notification for adimision of engineering distance

    In India all Govt. functionaries maintain SPHINX like silence till the damage is done. none of the state or central Govt. agencies so far booked any cases against the universities and study centers, leaving fate to genuine degree holders to fight against these corrupt practices. any enthusiastic person may file a PIL Hon`ble supreme court to settle issue finally & to funish erring universities and officials at DEC.
