WHOM SO EVER IS CONCERNED

I Ramanjeet Kaur residing at 510-c dhoop chaon co-op hsc society, navkiran marg, 4 bungalows , Andheri west, Mumbai-53 want to know about the property details of my Husband Kamaldeep singh residing at 4-b dashmesh housing society, N dutta marg, 4 bungalows , Andheri west.

I am separated from my husband since 2005 and has filed a case for maintenance . My daughter aged 16 is also staying with me. He has filed a case for divorce. Both cases are pending in d court . I got married uner HUF and my in laws has a family business  but now they are acting that their son doesn’t own anything. They bought one flat in Mira road , few properties in Ludhiana where my husband’s younger borother was running their manufacturing  factory of auto spare parts. They have a wholsale and retail shop at Grant road in Mumbai . They also bought one bungalow in Delhi.

How can I know that how many properties they have now in their possession since 1990 the year I got married.

Please guide me as I am unable to find the information and do not know where and how to file RTI.
