IIT Kharagpur RTI on MHRM 2012 admission. Non dispaly of result on website.
Dear Activists
I sent the following draft to PIO of IIT Kgp , A. Patra but my speed post is not recieved by them. It shows: DELIVARY ATTEMPT DOOR CLOSED ! 
I might be wrong but I am feel HOW can the office be closed on 19th may not holiday during day !
Lets keep track of it and DECIDE WHAT SHOULD BE FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION.

1) Final Admission merit result compiled after GD, PI of all candidates.
2) List / Copies of document indicating:
Name, CAT percentiles, work experience and Caste category of candidates who appeared for Group discussion and interviews this year for MHRM admissions. (i.e. a list if available OR first page of admission form)
3) Document pertaining to marks obtained in GD and PI by candidates who appeared for GD PI on 29-03-2012 at IIT Delhi centre.
If information exceeds 20 pages please provide all information in a CD (as applications were filled online softcopies are available. )
I hereby declare that I am citizen of India. Additional Fee, if any, will be deposited on intimation.

I think you should file an RTI to concerned post office asking for status,details of delivery, reasons of failure pertaining to concerned consignment.
Did not file an RTI for status instead filed a complain of non delivery and wrote that I am filing a complain in consumer forum.
Next day I got a reply from Superintendent of posts, Howrah region

The article under reference was received by Kharagpur S.H. on 19-05-2012 at 01.25 hrs and the same was despatched to Kharagpur Technology S.O. on the date at 04.26 hrs for further disposal. As confirmed from tracking report the a/u/r was subsequently delivered on 21-05-2012.

Reply on fee payment received from PIO IIT Kharagpur.
Finally received the reply from IIT Kharagpur. Following is the information. Actually this Result they should have published on their website as it is their duty to maintain transperency as applicants pay money as application fee. IT IS APPLICANTS RIGHT TO KNOW HIS RESULTS. They completed entire adission process without publishing result online. Can anyone belive this and still
When Hon.Jayram Ramesh ji says IIT are not perfect….it becomes controversy. Yes they are not fully perfect.
