The following questions pertain to queries regarding the course- B.Sc(H) Ophthalmic Techniques/Technology conducted by the All India institute of medical sciences (AIIMS), Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110029

Q1- What kind of procedure for investigations come under the profession of optometry and what type of regulation is under taken for the teaching of the same in the premier institution of the Nation?

Q2- What is the “time schedule” of theory and practical classes for optometry courses and who is responsible for regulating it?

Q3- What is the criteria for appointing the examiners and teachers? What is the criteria for appointing candidates for teaching?

Q4- Why is there no provision for summer and winter vacations for optometry students while they are provided to B.Sc(H)Nursing students and B.Sc(H)Medical technology in radiology(MTR) students even though they are awarded same amount of stipend?
