Regarding private hospital on BMC land
Sir wanted to know about, there is a BMC land in Mulund West, which was reserved for Maternity hospital, but the Owner of the hospital with the help of local corporater and BMC officals builded a 100 bed Multispecialty Hospital…………..
Also according to the law, around 25% should be reserved for the poor patients and a Board should also be displayed, now I want to get the details about the Hospital, under what rule did the BMC allot this plot to private hospital, what kind of shoddy deals took place between the Hospital and BMC official and Corporater,
Sir I want to expose the corruption, as this land was alloted for Maternity hospital for the poor, but these big sharks are minting money without even thinking about the poor…………
How can i proceed further ?????????

I am not trying to draft this RTI right now ; but if you are very enthusiastic regarding this perticular case ; you can approach TV9 after you have some basic concrete info in ur hand. They are experienced in such cases of ‘diversion of reserved land for special purposes’. (eg: case of shivalik builders , many hospitals violating reservatn of beds)

The Name and Address of the Hospital
The Address of the PIO to which this needs to be addressed etc.
Without that, we cannot proceed further

I think we should draft the RTI to local Assistant Comm. of T ward , Mulund.
