Sub: Information seeking under Right to Information Act.

 

Dear Sir,

 

I am submitting this request exercising my RIGHT TO INFORMATION to provide me

Information regarding summer school organized by Rajasthan Patrika. Rajasthan patrika has been organizing the summer camp for many years during the month of May and June. Rajasthan Patrika has been organizing this camp in various cities of Rajasthan such as Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner.

 

1. Whether this activity comes under the service tax?
2. How much service tax has been deposited by Rajasthan patrika in the last three years?
3. If Rajasthan patrika’s this activity has been exempted from the service tax, please provide the rules/ policies for the same.
4. What has been the revenue collection from this summer school to Rajasthan patrika so far in Kota as well as for entire Rajasthan? Please provide the details.
