Fate of Noida Extension Flat Buyers!!!

Dear Sir,
I am a victim of Noida Extension Case. From last 1 and 1/2 years.. i am paying the interest on house loan and still no concrete steps has been taken either by noida authority and Ministry of Urbanisation to resolve this case. What action is being taken by authority against people involved in this scam?????
I wanted to know how long we should wait and why should we pay interest on house loan ?
It is putting tremendous finacial burden on me.
