RTI Requests

In 2010,2G scam occur in which Mr. A.Raja is held in corruption and government has a loss of 176,645crore.CBI start enquiry,Raja get into jail.but when the whole case is not in limelight,he got bail.

                                                                                                   Is the bail given to Raja doesn’t show that biggger crime in india has no

punishment.Now,if common peoples start small crime telling that they will also get bail if they caught because they make small mistakes.who will responsible for this thinking of peoples.If Raja got bail after doing a huge scam,so can we thought that this o.k. to do scams.

                                                                 So,my final question is that which i want to ask by RTI Act is that why all  the prisoners whose crime is smaller than Raja’s scam didn’t get bail?After how much time they get the bail?
