S.D.P.G. College involve in providing degree as a regular student without attendence. When complain was made they just destroy the records. And deny giving details under RTI by saying we are not under RTI
1) Please confirm Ms Suman Suthar d/o Harbans Singh, Hanumangarh did M.Sc. as a regular Student during 2004 and 2005 ?
2) Required percentage attendance to get degree as a regular student ?
3) Please provide a copy of attendance register for Ms. Suman Suthar (during 2004-2005 college was taking grant, therefore it comes under RTI).
4) In case the record is destroyed please provide information :
a) When the record was destroyed ?
b) As per university and Directrot of college education rules for how long college is bound to keep record ?
This would come under breach of privacy of an individual so you wouldn’t get a reply from the PIO.
Then How can i Proceed to uncover the matter ? Without evidence how to proceed ?
