Dear Sir,

I have my First Child (Girl) on 15th July 2004 the operation done by one of my friends wife at Titilagarh Sub Divisional Hospital.

after that my wife collapse her  uterus could not contrast so bleeding continue after that we shifted to our Dist Hospital in Bolangir. there Hysterectomy ( Removal of Uterus) was done

some how i know that it was an accident

now i have only one girl child

i want a Green Card

but my friend who is also a doctor said i could not get as the mater is complicate and the doctor operated Hysterectomy could not give the certificate

please help me

How i can get a Green Card for my only Girl Child
