SENIOR OFFICER IN CHARGE ADMINISTRATION, HQ SWAC, IAF SECTOR-09 GANDHINAGAR GUJARAT

Dear Sir,

I would like to know what items were purchased by Military Engineering Services, HQ SWAC IAF, Gandhinagar, Gujarat during the current financial year 2012-13, item wise with cost per piece. I would also like to know how much of the items bought has been utilized in the married accommodations provided to the officers and other ranks separately.

    This needs to be redrafted as MES is a huge organization and purchases are made through varied channels.

    Provide information regarding Items purchased by GE (XYZ) alongwith photocopies of (a) Initial Demand by Sub divisions
    (b) Sanction of CWE
    (c) Call for quotations
    (d) Supply Orders
    (e) Relevant copies of SIH(Stores in hand ledger)
    (f) Receipt Vouchers of Stores
    (g) Details of issue to Sub divisions
    (h) Details of Utilisation duly audited.
