MLA and Counciler’s Ignorance

I am residence in Sangam Vihar E-Block.
We are suffering with water problem since 1 month; But our councillor and MLA(BJP); are not taking any action for this problem.
There is not a major issue; that would be not solved; but they are showing ignorance for this major issue.
I want to know; who is concered for this issue; in my colony.
If they are not concerned; then what is duty of them.
Sir/Madam,
MLA and Counciler are only representatives of people, they do not have power over this. Contact MCD for this, they have the authority to correct this problem.
As you know; Sangam Vihar is an unauthorized colony in South Delhi. Therefore their is no MCD like other Delhi Colonies.
Water and Road is the main problem in our colony.
Wining Counciler and MLA knows everything; but doesn’t take action……
I agree with you, we really don’t know whom to approach for our problems regarding water logging and other related things. Being an anauthorised colony no one is taking our problems seriously. The Ratiya Marg which is life line for Lacs of people is flooded and water is seeping into water storage tank and houses also. The drainage system of the road is faulty and whole lot of water is entering into bylanes of E block, RK Hospital lane. Life has become very difficult. Please suggest whom to approach for our problem. Also one big issue is vacant plot opposite R.K. Hospital, plot is filled with water and garbage which can lead to many diseases.
If, you all agree; and in a group we fixes meeting with MLA and Councilior of our E-Block;
Then, this problem should be not go worse & worse.
