Regarding getting salary during study leave
Respected sir,
My name is Prafulla Katkar, working as assistant professor in Nagpur university affiliated Gurunanak college of science, Ballarpur college. currently am doing Phd at university of rome Italy, i was selected for scholarship to pursue my research.
I applied to study leave to my college and they granted but my salary been stopped.when i asked them about my salary continuation, they told me you are getting salary in italy so your are not liable to receive salary in india. But i said, i am getting fellowship not salary and there is rule that when we are in study leave still we able to receive salary. but i am still fighting for this.
Thus, i want to file RTI for the government rule copy from UGC and PIO’s of Nagpur University.
