Dear Sir,

I want copy of cataloguing and indexing of  E.S.I Dispensary, Bommanahalli,

Roopena agrahara, Bangalore-68, Karnataka, India. as per section 4(1) a of R.T.I act.

    Hello sir, Pl tell us what exactly u want to get from the ESI Hospital Bommanahalli. Section 4 of the RTI Act u r referring relates to the obligation of the Public Authority. Pl tell s what u want to know.

    Sir,

    Under section 4(1)a of R.T.I.Act all the government offices has to do catologuing and indexing of all office records within 120 days after the act came into existence. Where as till today most of the offices have not complied with this. I have already asked the question, that when was the Esi Dispensary, Bommanahalli have catologued and indexed their office records and got reply that on 22.8.2011 all the records have been catologued and indexed.So the catologuing and indexing will be in the form of C.D or BooKlet which I need through the R.T.I Application

    Hello Mr.Govind, Cataloging and Indexing means
    suomoto disclosure of information about the organisation under Section 4 of the RTI Act. The ESI Corporation has made this disclosure under their home page. Pl see the details under the following link.
