1-what are the laws for stablishing residential colony or business establishment near a river in a city.
2-How “moradabad development authority” have provided NOC for establishing CL Gupta Eye center,MIT,Wave multiplex and TDIcity ,which are
not more than 50-100 meters from the bank of river Ram Ganga in Moradabad(U.P)
3-What are the hurdles in Making “Tut Bandh” at river Ram Ganga in Moradabad.
