un judicious working hours in central Railway of group C
1. In central Railway there are some post such as Points man switch man etc and in these posts there are un judicious working hours i.e 12 hours and there is no overtime/incentive paid to employers.
2. in spite of it i would clerify it that it is happen only at small railway station, in big railway station working hours is only 8 but in small station it is 12. and other things is same such as salary and other benefit
3. i wanna know what is the reason for this type of discrimination.

Kindly provide us with some documentary evidence like some circular issued by railways or something like that becauase officially working hours cannot be more than 8 hours and thats what we will get in RTI

but sir i dont have any circular relating to this matter but i can send you salary slip and copy of muster roll for which we can prove that employee did 12 hours working without getting any overtime or incentive payment. my father is one of them employee if you want i can send you the copy of the same.

All Indian state and central government employees duty hours frame by “Hours of Employment Act (HOER). HOER can download from web. It clearly certified that any employee works beyond 6 hrs ( Intensive roster) or 8 Hrs ( all others) should paid overtime. Please check HOER.
