To whom I concern for Wrong charge of mobile Bill

Dear Sir,

With Respectfully, this is to informed you that I am idea cellular mobile connection user and my Mobile no 9911491786 there is wrong charge of GPRS Uses But i tried to talk to customer care officer but who has not replied  and not reverse my charge we are faceing this type of problem so please conform me who is right person who will solve my problem

    1. Go to the idea website and select your circle.
    2. Go to contact us section and file your complaint with the customer care email ID provided.

    3. If your problem is not solved in a reasonable time. Please go to the link below and follow the instructions given there.

    there is a NODAL OFFICER in every such service, MAIL him the problem if he does not reply back then go to APPELATE AUTHORITY who is higher in post than NODAL OFFICER. you can get their mail ids from GOOGLE or Idea call center
