REGARDING RULES AND REGULATION OF DEFENCE INDIAN NAVY OF ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFER

Dear Sir I am a handicap prson and my disability is 80% due to service. Indian navy provided the accommodation in 02 years in medical grounds and no further extension give me. The rule of indian navy is one time the accommodation is provieded for only 02 years but some people is staying in accommodation more than 02 years, where is the rule? and the higher authority telling is rule is rule and follows the rule. I ask for transfer nearby my home station but no body take any action and give me warning and i can,t take any action against this.
I am in depration and my problems is not solve through this RTI i am susiced with my family.

transfer is routine in forces and also binding on the servicemen.
but as regards to ur status, i may suggest that the accomodation issue can be sought.
regarding the tranfer policy it will not be so fruitful as the dept. will not reply any way by citing security concerns.
plz reply if the rti is filed with the accomodation policy. points will also be included for transfer.
