FCIL SINDRI PLANT CLOSURE

FCIL Sindri plant was closed in 2002 siting the reason of heavy loss (which kept on accumulating  due to subsidy given on fertilizers by the government). But One can sense rampant amount of corruption regarding closure of plant ,management of sindri township after closure and several other aspects .

 

My RTI should be like this .

I want to know about following things:

 

1) Who proposed the idea of implementing VSS  for employees of FCIL,SINDRI.Under what purview this decision was taken place ?Who took the final decision about it ? Why VSS(Voluntary separation Scheme) was implemented instead of VRS(voluntary retirement scheme) . Give complete details and related documents about every step of how this VSS was implemented and regarding this decision ?

2) What decision was taken regarding residential quarters of the township after the FCIL closure ? What is the total Number of quarters under FCIL management ?How many Quarters have been vacated ? How many of them are still occupied ? What is the condition of quarters which have been already vacated ?

3) Has the management taken any step towards sealing off the empty quarters and preventing unauthorised entry into those quarters ?

4) Give complete details of Plant Assets (including machinery,equipments and movable assets) and liabilities on 31.03.2002 and also till date .What has been done regarding costly equipments and machinery after closure of FCIL SINDRI plant ? Give complete details and relevant documents .

5) Give Details about every theft incident of plant machinery,equipments,raw materials,usables  which has happened after closure of sindri plant .Have these cases been registered  ? If not explain why ? If yes, give details about outcome of these cases if any .What steps management has taken to prevent such incidents from happening again?

6) Who is  responsible for construction and repairment of roads inside sindri township from 2010 onwards ?

7) Who proposed the idea of transferring the responsibility of Power(Electricity) supply of township to JSEB(Jharkhand state electricity board) ? Under what purview this decision was taken place ? Who took the final decision about it ? Give complete details and final documents which resulted out of this decision ?

8 ) Who proposed the idea of handing over some part of SINDRI township to CRPF for setting their camp ? Who took the final decision about it ? Under what purview this decision was taken place ? Give complete details and every document regarding this decision .

9) Who took the decision of vacating CRPF establishments from sindri township ? Under what purview this decision was taken place ?After CRPF  vacated sindri township towards the end of 2011 why SINDRI HOSPITAL was not opened again for public ? Why such a huge township is running without its only Hospital ? Give related documents .

 

Please file the  RTI(not in my name) after any correction or improvement if required .

    due to the vastness of information desired I divided the query into 2 separate RTI applications. uploading the same and if any changes are required intimate me by a day or two after which I will proceed to file.

      reply has been recieved from sindri office but reply only says that application has been forwarded to noida office. I am proceeding to file 1st appeal shortly. reply will be uploaded on 20th august as I dont have a scanner in my place, please wait.
