unauthorised contruction on badli railway road link to G.T. karnal road

sir,

baldi station  railway road linked to g.t. karnal in samaypur have unathorised construction near labour chock.

the original width of road is 100 foot but at labour chock it would be only 25 foot after some distance running toward g.t road it again 100 foot. please give us solution because their is traffic jam every moment at labor chock. people of this area is harrased by this but political power is against them. so guidline us and help us for this problem

    Firstly find out that which authority deals with it. MCD OR PWD. you can find out by looking at the board on the road divider.
    If it is single lane then most probably its MCD. Ask any property dealer of your area.

    File encroachment complaint with PWD/MCD,
    CC TO CM OFFICE, LG OFFICE, PMO then file RTI

    in all the above said offices

    1) you can file complaint in all these offices ONLINE.You can use following address to file this complaint

    J2) ust save that complaint number and post those complaint number here. RTI anonymous will file the RTI without you getting involved.
