EDC calculation made in Greater Faridabad
According to new EDC charges by BPTP in elite floor project, Faridabad, Haryana, seams to be conflict from the HUDA’s guideline. According to BPTP it is Rs.3,975,821.00 per acre retrospectively w.e.f. 2005 . BPTP is making the calculation of EDC is done on the saleable area which is 2058 sq. yds per acre.
My query is
what is the process to calculate ECD in this area.
Is that BPTP is calculating ECD in right manner?
Why BPTP is charging EDC with effect from 2005, though project launched in 2009.
