Criteria for selecting a candidate for the post of specialist officer.
Punjab National Bank published the notice for the recruitment of specialist officer in the year June 2011 for various disciplines. I applied for the post of Manager Credit Scale -II. The written test was conducted on 28 Aug 2011 and the interview was conducted in the month of January.
Through RTI i want to know the following information
1- What was the score of the candidates who cleared written test in each category? What is the weight-age given to the written test and interview in selection process.
2-Marks given in interview to each candidate appeared in the Interview, minimum marks to be given in the interview.
3-How many candidate appeared for the interview for the post of Manager Credit and how many were able to fullfill the criteria after documents verification.
4-What is the basis of giving marks in interview.
5- How many candidates finally selected under OBC category?
6- Will there be any second list if the selected candidates do not join.
