Information regarding the misuse of government land for private purpose at Baihar CHC Hospital, District – Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform that at Baihar which comes under district Balaghat of Madhya Pradesh, there is a 30 bedded government hospital. A new hospital has been constructed on the next side of state highway. On the land of old hospital which belongs to MP state government, construction & sell of 15 odd shops has been done while Dr. N S Kumbhare was the Block Medical Officer of Baihar Block. The total cost of the scam will be around 50 lacks. All the construction been done without following any rule neither the directive were been taken from District Magistrate Office. So kindly let me know the following points.
1. Who permitted for the unappropriated construction on government land?
2. To whom the shops are being sold & who permitted to do so?
3. Why Dr NS Kumbhare never reported to any senior authority regarding the subject?
