Finding teacher of childhood
I want to know about the whereabout of a teacher, privatley placed in a small school, who taught me when I was a kid as she was the fast friend of my mother. Times separated us. I have little vague information about her,like her name, her father was a railway employee, an engine driver posted in Mhow, in MP during the early eighties. They were the permanent resident of Ajmer. Her sister Miss Renu was a Kendriya Vidyalaya teacher and was posted in Devas in MP during the same period i.e. early eighties.
I visited KV also to find ways to find her sister first, but none of the staff have any idea of this.
Can she be traced with the use of RTI? If there are any another ways, please enlighten me.
Not a RTI matter,
A wife had asked about her husbands’ pension as to where he is drawing his pension, since the husband had left the wife, almost deserted her. Once she could locate her husband and his address, with the help of RTI, why cannot it be done in my case.
I dont think its possible to find out as nearly 30 years have passed and records would have been destroyed by now.
U may be right, but other ways could be explored like this teacher or her father or his children may have been traced by asking area’s electoral officer, or help could be taken from areas’ electricity department by quoting their name or surname as they may have been registered as voter or consumer(they originally belonged to Ajmer). Information could also be sought from collector of that area as to who are those available with the name so and so or by surname so and so. Once a surname is found out, those other people could be contacted, to trace out the real person. Its my idea. Can this be practically possible?
Under RTI you cannot ask information about third party w/o their consent
That’s the point. Why would the teacher refuse to divulge the whereabouts once she knew that i was, once upon a time her students and my mother being her fast friend.
