Cases pending in courts

Hello Team

I would like to know the follwing information.

1.Total number of cases pending in all the courts as of 20th Oct 2011.

2.Total number judges in all the courts as of 20th Oct 2011

3.Cases pending in all High Courts on India (Info required ascending order state wise )  as of 20th Oct 2011.

4.Cases pending in supreme courts as of 20 Oct 2011.

5.Total Budget allocated for appoinment of judges and imporovement of facilities in courts for the years 2008,2009,2010 (high courts and supreme court)

6.Expenditure utilised during these three years.

7.Number of vacancies of judges in each high court and supreme court.

8.Reasons why vacancies in high courts/supreme courts  have not been filled.

9.Number of cases pending for a duration of over 3 years in all courts.

10.Number of cases pending for over a duration of 5 years in all courts.

11. Number of cases pending for over a duration of 10 years in all courts.

    Please provide the full detail about the court, PIO and location from where you want to seek information. You have to visit official website of indian high court, supreme court, consumer courts for cause list.

    Its my personal opinion that information which you wants to seek is available on website. You can visit all courts website. Otherwise court will provide the information about the link of website where you can check all information regarding your query

    Dear Sir, Please go to this website http://indiancourts.nic.in . All the information, that you are seeking above and a lot more is already available on this website under section 4(1)(b) “Mandatory Disclosure”

    There is no point in filing an RTI for this, bcos RTI applications are specific to a particular court.

    13 > when the plantiff is 80 years old what step is the court taking to expedit the case.
