Employee Transfer procedure in Canara Bank

Here are few questioned i would like to know.

1) After how many years one employee should get tranferred to other branch/location.

2) Is each employee get transfer after certain period of time (lets say “X” years)??

3) is Bank strictlly follow the transfer policy or is there any exception for some employees.

    i Agree this RTI can be non- anonymous as it doesnot involve any threat even if the person if employed in the organisation
