ramapant irregularies in Bihar excise.
this is to inform you about the rampant irregularties prevailing in the Bihar excise.
for example, one of the acts in the Bihar excise act, 1915 (u/s90) section 43 a , regarding the packaging of alcohol & beer requires all manufaturers to put a stamp on the Cap saying “”Bihar excise ‘”…this is done to avoid any spurious or illicit liquor to come to the market,
this act is being ignored by the excise deptt in conivence with the manufatureres especially beer , since it leads to a lot of stocks to be illicitily floated in the market not only in the state but in neighbouring states also.
i would request you to kindlly look into the matter and do the needful.

In this matter firstly complaint need to be filed with the department followed by RTI.
