Sir,
Details of Shia wakf property in Bihar and regarding corruption.
Please provide following information:

1. Is motawalli a public servant? Can corrupt motawallis be prosecuted under the prevention of corruption Act? Define.

2. How much the actual assets of shia wakf in bihar, provide details of wakf estates including a copy of each wakf nama with annual income from each wakf estates.

3. Provide rules and regulation for wakf ind Allah and wakf alal awlad.

4. In muzaffarpur motawallis are selling wakf property with the help of corrupt shia wakf board officers, is any complaint received regarding wakf land scam in muzaffarpur, if yes what action has been taken against corrupt officers of bihar state shia wakf board officers.

5. Provide all RTI application received by your department regarding shia wakf land scam in Bihar.
