RTI Requests

Dear Sir,

 

I have done my BA in tourism & hospitality from EIILM (Eastern Institute of Integrated Learning in Management, Sikkim) through Distance Education in the year 2009-2012.

Now I want to appear for UPSC exams and I would like to know whether I am eligible with this degree to appear for IAS exams.

This university is UGC approved and DEC approval was there in 2009 at the time when i enrolled.

Please guide me whether I can appear for IAS exams with this degree.
