i want to know, why we can’t get the TATKAL tickets online, where is the problem in the railway reservation system.

Officially they say due to rush public is not able to access the website.
Also because all over the india so many counters are there where tatkal tickets get sold out very quickly
Also railway officials do this delibrately because of ”internal connections”
Admin kindly shift this to RESOLVED non RTI
this question has been raised by various news channel also but result is also zero. even though railway ministry has taken various step to prevent the same but it also a part of irctc as they have to update their system effiency also.
I thought this is to make money for Railway Agents and Railway.
If u book ur tatkal ticket through Agents he can book online easily.
on a single tatkal Ticket agent Pay 130 Rs extra above tatkal fare to railway.
and Agent charges 300 rs extra on tatkal AC tickets.
