Motorcycle riding rules.
As per the RTO Rules of Maharashtra how many adult persons are allowed to ride a Motor Cycle at a time ?
If this rule is violated,can the Traffic Police be held guilty of “negligence in Duty” and procecuted ?
It is observed that many a times three or four persons are travelling on a bike.Can a complaint be lodged on the traffic police on duty in the particular Area ?
