RTI Requests

We heard that Proview Laboni project was initially approved  for G+14 Floor but some how builder has managed to construct G+19 Floors and now builder is asking to make full and final payment. They promised us to give possession without showing Completions/ Occupancy certificate issuance from GDA.

I want to take confirmation from Ghaziyabad Development Authority(GDA)  about its approval especially for Tower ‘E’ .  Some important information is required from GDA which are as follows:

1. For how many floors they have given approval to Proview?

2. What is the total project area?

3. Has GDA issued Completions/ Occupancy certificate to Proview?

4. As per project plan submitted to GDA by Proview, is there any plan to erect club, pool gym by the builder as they have already taken money for

providing these facilities?

5. How they have calculated the super area of a flat? In tower ‘E’ the carpet area for all flats is 1680. Is this the same as area of a flat approved by GDA ?
