Sir,

under the RTI Act 2005, kindly furnish information regarding the following points in detail.

1) Kindly inform how many seats of your organisation has been filled by Direct Recruitment method since 01/01/2003 giving details in tabulated foumat about the following.

a) Name of Candidate

b) Date of Appointment

c) Post for which appointed

d) Whether pre Appointment Police Verification Carried out or exempted

e) if, answer to (d) is ‘NO’, what is the authority for such exemption

2) Kindly also furnish information whether the SRO of OFB/MOD give the authority to the employer for exemption from pre appointment PVR. If there is no such authority given to the employer, whether the Cases where exemption have been granted are in violation to the Law.

    RTI can be filed.

    Applicant can file it on behalf RTI anonymous for quick response. Name and address to be written on RTI will be be mailed to the applicant if applicant agrees.
