Sachin Tendulkar Nomination for rajya sabha
In Rajya sabha, Membership is limited to 250 members, 12 of whom are chosen by the President of India for their expertise in specific fields of art, literature, science, and social services.
Please let me know on what basis sachin tendulakr got nominated because cricket is not considered as a part of Art.

1) Copies of Document/ rules / practice and procedures indicating nomination of a person to Rajya Sabha by the Honourable President .
2) Copies of documents denoting criterion/category of nomination under which Shri Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is nominated to Rajya Sabha.
3) Copies of communication received from Hon. Presidents office for recommendation or nomination of Shri Sachin Ramseh Tendulkar to Rajya Sabha and also copies of replies done to presidents office in the said matter.

File another RTI to ministry of parliamentry affairs. some different questions. only to see if you get some contradictory reply.
But even 1 rti would be fine. also A person having knowledge of Parliamentry affairs can addmore terminologies and draft it well.
