Money allocated to Tyodhi village by government in last 12 years and its expenditure

I want to know how much money allocated to village Tyodhi (in Dist-Baghpat, State-UP, India) in last 12 years and where that money used by Village pradhan.

As per my knowledge government provide lots of money to every village but it is not used for village development. The money is distributed between Village pradhan, village development officer and other officers.
