Sir, request you to please let us have all information on your staff: Mr.Devrajan Iyengar 20, shreesh chs , Hazuri Darga Road , OFF LIC Eastern express Highway Thane west 400604. Specifically,
1. whether as per service rules a staff can become a treasurer of a housing coop. society ?
2. whether he has sought permission for getting elected as treasurer of a housing chs from your office and if yes, a copy of the permission and the application
3. copies of all relevant documents, memos, emails etc. of any investigations have been initiated on him for any reason whatsoever during his entire career from date of joining
4. copies of loan application has been received by Dena / branches where he alongwith his brother or for his brother only (by name of Raghunathan Iyengar)
5. copies of loan sanction to him/or his brother in case deverajan has signed as witness or as attesting official on any loan document where he has an interest a copy of the same.
6. whether a coop housing society can open more than 1 a/c with Dena ? and if yes, what is the procedure, process, check by which the same can be identified by the Bank by way of audit alerts. For example if an a/c is opened in different branches with the same address then on basis of pincode the details can be obtained
7. please confirm if devarajan has signed or involved as introducer or has in any way influenced your Shivaji park branch, seniors etc. to open the a/c of SriSaket Nagari chsThane and whether any internal memo, note, question was raised by anyone on why a Thane society should open an a/c in Dadar ?
