Bharat gas agency Cylinder Delivery Problem
I am registered consumer of Bharat gas. My gas distributor is vishal bharat gas. Every time when ever we booked a refill they didn’t deliver it on time it takes nearly 10 to 15 days and when we compliant they told this is the minimum time to deliver a refill and consumer desk is not doing on this .
this is not the only case they many times remove the booking from ebharatgas.com portal. when we talk to them they told they didn’t do it.
i want to ask why they are doing this.
i go with written complaint but they reject to receive it.
