Dear Sir,

Kindly provide the following information under RTI act:-

  1. On which basis a contractual TA is authorized to fill and sign the measurement book?
  2. Is there any criterion for RITES employees to fill and sign the measurement book?
  3. How any contractual employees are singing the measurement book?

    according to guideline on contraction project management feb2009 it is not mention that any contractual TA or Engineer is authorized to do the same. I am going to upload the some pics from guideline on contraction project management feb2009 for your reference. my view to ask this question is just to know if contractual staff left the company than who will be held responsible for the data which recorded in measurement book if something gone wrong;and there are many contractual employees who doing the same thing.
