i want to know the balance sheet for the porbandar municipal corporation, how much grant they have got,? how much they have invested and how much is they are going to invest.? how much fund is there and in what way its been used. from last five years i saw no improvement and no development. the bridge is also still pending. no roads are being developed. so want to knoc every single information.
