Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards a very serious issue of “Illegal Encroachments in Police Lines Gurgaon”. Many of the residents staying at Ground floor have illegally captured the common area between two buildings. They have made sheds, rooms, store rooms and the whole common area is encroached now. Ideally, this common area should have been used as kids play area. But now since it has been encroached, kids can not play. They play on the road and it is very dangerous.Also, in case of any fire-mishap, fire-brigade can not reach the spot since there is no space.
Sir, this is totally illegal and unethical. In the past also, few people did encroachments on the roof, but those were demolished after an order was issued by Mr. SS Deswal.
I request you to personally look into this matter with higher priority and request you to pass a similar order so that these illegal Encroachments can be demolished.

Sir, this is not an RTI Application, you can file this complaint with any name and address to the above mentioned official followed by a reminder after 10 days. Keep photocopies of both letters. Then file RTI asking action taken on your complaint
