ICAI denies question papers of CPT

ICAI denies question papers of CPT citing “fiduciary relationship and proprietary item of the institute thus requiring confidentiality, hence exempted under section 8(1)(e) of the right to information act, 2005. ” Replied PIO in a response to RTI. Please suggest what to do further

    Simply file first appeal quoting SC judgement of answer books in the case of “CBSE Vs Aditya Bandhopadhyaya”. Then go for 2nd appeal with CIC.
