Need Information on Environment Clearance of HPCL’s Visakh Refinery
I need information on Environment Clearance (EC) given to Hindustan Petroluem Corporation Ltd, Visakh Refinery located in visakhapatnam,Andhra Pradesh.Andhra Pradesh Pulltion Control board (APPCB) has recieved the EC from HPCL vide file no: J-11011/408J2009-IA-II (I). I needed the forms :FORM-1,1A, and Environment Impact assesment cerified by concerned authorities.
There is correction in the file no. Please do not ignore.The correct file no. reads as
J-11011/408/2009-IA-II (I).

1) Please provide me with form number- 1 and/or form number-1a on Environment Clearance submitted by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board file no: J-11011/408J2009-IA-II (I) for expansion project of the Visakh refinary located in Vishakhapatnam.Also provide me with the Environment Impact Assessment submitted by HPCL for the same and certified by concerned authorities.
2) Please mention the names and designations of the above mentioned authorities.Also provide the report that the aforesaid authorities submitted to give Environment Clearance to HPCL.

Please provide the following information regarding the Visakh Refinery (Clean Fuels: 7.5 to 10 MMTPA) expansion project of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for which it has been given Environment Clearance Twice.
1) Please provide me with Form- 1 along with Form-1A and also the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA-2006) submitted by HPCL and certified by concerned authorities.
2) Please provide the above mentioned details for the Environmental Clearance vide letter No.
J-11013/55/2003-IA II (I) dated February 03, 2004 and also J-11011/408/2009-IA-II (I) dated September 02, 2009.
3) Please mention the names and designations of the above mentioned authorities. Also provide the reports that the aforesaid authorities submitted to give Environment Clearance to HPCL.
