FIR
Sometimes in last week of November 2008, CMP personnel at TCP stopped Sh Surinder Kumar Singh, Proprietor of a firm by the name of M/s Universal Enterprises and a MES contractor while he was moving out along with a young boy who raised an alarm. Sh Surinder Kumar Singh absconded leaving behind his Maruti Omni and the young boy. Based on the version of the boy, a FIR was lodged by Guards of TCP. Following information may be provided:
(i) FIR No. and date of lodging.
(ii) Name of Police Station where FIR lodged.
(iii) Disposal of FIR.
(iv) When did Sh Surinder Kumar Singh report back?
(v) Whether case was tried in Court?
(vi) If answer to para (v) above is ‘Yes’, case no. and name of Court be intimated.
(vii) In case the case was tried in court of law, what was the judgement in the case ie what was the final disposal of the case.
