Sir, Following informations required: 1.Cost of mobile phones Indian Air Force procured for supplying its troops? (Total amount ,individual handset price) 2.Whether tender invited from Indian companies, if so,please provide copy of tender document and list of companies expressed interest and companies rejected? 3.what are the features disabled in supplied handsets? Why ? Then why a less priced mobile was supplied? 4. Whether monthly contribution is collected from IAF troops in the names of messing and crockery?how much total money is deposited in the names of different messes?please give the amont of money spent during financial year 2013 to 2014 for Akash officers mess New Delhi,Senior Non Commissioned officer mess situated in Air Force station New delhi,please give expenditure details seperately ? 5.whether abolished president service institute (PSI) still exist in the name of Service Institute in IAF ?Whether the money of this institute is collected from air force personnel? How much amount is held with Service Institute (SI).? Whether such collected money is utilised for fitment of air conditioner in VIP vehicles? 6.How many stand by power Supply Generator sets installed in each service cheifs(army,navy,airforce) official residence at Delhi? Is there any standby power supply line from electricity department available?Who is operating these generator sets ? How much salary is paid to these operators in one month? Copy of salary slip of such employees for the month of march 2014? 7. Whether wifes of officers of armed authourised to use official vehicle and armed force personnel as driver? Any letter issued by ministry of defence to prevent such misuses of manpower and vehicle ? Any one is empowered to check such misuses ?Any snap checks carried out for checking misuse of defence vehicles? 8. Who is providing vehicles for defence auditor heads at dehradun and delhi? 9. Whether a copy of audit objections are available with defence ministry?whether any disciplinary action based on any such objection initiated by defence ministry? 10. Is there any proposal to hand over armed forces officer cadre recruitment to UPSC?
