Consumer Case Current Status(Case no-517/2009 Consumer court ,Jaipur)–>>why this delayed since 2009

We had got a admissions in Asia Pacific college of Management, Jaipur in P.G.D.M Course in June 2008.that Offer us, Two year full time course approved by A.I.C.T.E (Govt. of India).
This college or Course really not approved by A.I.C.T.E,(As per R.T.I Information). on the basis of R.T.I , we were sue the consumer form case against him,even we get the result in favor of me on 30-04-2010.
Now till the date ,we have waiting for the compensate. no body help in this regard.

Please help in this regard ASAP……
