Subject:-  Request for information under RTI Act 2005

 

Sir,

Kindly provide the following information regarding reservation policy for SCs/STs/OBCs-

1. Reservation policy for SCs/STs/OBCs candidates in single vacancy recruitment by PSUs.

2. Policy of Reservation for the seats of specialised nature where there is only one seat is vacant.

Kindly provide the copy of such Govt. Order/circular.

 

Following points ( a to d ) are for your kind information and consideration :

a.  If all / part of information sought in Para 1 to 5  is held by or related to another public authority, I request you to follow Section 6 (3) of the RTI Act 2005. To transfer the application or such part of it to that other public authority within five days of the receipt of this application and provide an intimation on the same.

b.    As prescribed under Section 7 (1) of the RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide the information sought within 30 day period of receipt of the application. Any delay in good faith of providing the above information can be communicated in advance.

c.     As per provision of RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide your details such as Name and Designation and Office address for further communication,  if required.

d.     As per provisions of RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide an acknowledgement for reciving the application, the acknowledgment would consist of date of receipt , file number/ application id and the details of the public information officer, OR you can send a photocopy of the application with countersign and sign and seal of the receiving office and other details of receipt.

    I really can’t see why the applicant needs this application to be anonymous. We currently are running out of volunteer so I would request applicant to file the RTI by him self.

    Sir, i think this RTI does not require anonymity. You can go ahead and file this RTI yourself. kindly revert back if you need some help.
