Dy reg westen suburbs mumbai housing society is behaving like Hitler not repling to RTI .Maharashtra state information commissioner had directed to look in mismanagement of housing society but not fullfiled the duty .Registrar ,govt of Maharashtra ,govt of India asked him to reply to complaint but he is not burging .He intered the society complaint and appointed A grade officer Shri Salunke to make enquiry of mis management under his letter no DY REG-/gokul accord hsg no 79[2]11/4089/21/3/11 but till today no action taken report. I want action taken report reply
When he isn’t replying even though State information Commissioner instructed him to do so, there is little chance that he will reply to another RTI. In such cases taking legal action is the only option.
