Law and order is a great milestone in the present alarming situation of the country but without care a fig to disciplinary authority and the staff of electricity board i.e. line mens who are entrusted their job to attend on an emergency call but it is not done in their case and they are leaving their duty spot and engaged in an intoxicating on some other spot specially at Saarnagar-Vishakapatnam the staff are habituated of taking mony from the arties otherie their work will not be done.This may kindly be strictly viewed and matter should be enlightened to higher auhority.
