dear sir,

kindly provide information under RTI act 2005

1. Is there any authorisation the person who has retired or re-employed to sign on Any billing documents in RITES Ltd. ?

2. How many staff(retired or re-employed)  is there like this in RITES Ltd ?

3. If the person (retired or re-employed) missuse his power what action will be taken against him by RITES Ltd ?

4.if you authorise any person (retired or re-employed) to sign on billing related documents then what is procedure ?

5. And who is the person to Authorise him (retired or re-employed) ?

    Please provide me information as under

    1. Copies of documents indicating authorisation given to the persons who has retired or re-employed to sign billing documents in RITES Ltd.?
    2. How many staff retired/ re-employed exists who are authorized to sign/ sanction billing document in RITES Ltd ?
    3. Information on disciplinary action liable for missuse his power / unauthorized activity in name of RITES Ltd.
    4. Copies of existing rules or special notices (if any), issued on code of standard Procedure followed to authorise any person (retired or re-employed) to sign on billing related document.
    5. Information of name and designation of competent authority to Authorise a retired or re-employed person to sanction/ sign billing documents.

    I hereby declare that I am citizen of India. Additional Fee, if any, will be deposited on intimation.
